Itria's AI agents: fifteen agents and two services
Each agent does one task, on top of the tools the business already uses, and you start with the task that costs most. Next to the measured agents is the figure with its label: bench means a test system, then there's real traffic and work done for a client. Where a measurement is still missing, it's taken on the company's own data in the first month.

Notes on sources
- The bench measurements are from 4 September 2026, on an Itria test system: a hundred enquiries across four channels and five languages, thirty documents with 237 fields. None describes a client.
- The 4.3 seconds from WhatsApp message to queued contact were measured on real traffic, across nineteen genuine messages, in August 2026.
