Tailored artificial intelligence systems, from Turin. To see where a company loses, why, and how much.

Itria builds tailored artificial intelligence systems for small and medium-sized enterprises. It works from Turin, remotely, and the first step is a fifteen-minute video call.

In short

What it does. It shows a company where it loses time or revenue, why and how much, and then builds the system that wins it back. The Dashboard is the place where you see everything together.

Where. From Turin, with companies in Piedmont and the rest of Italy. The work happens over video calls and on the tools the company already has.

Why now. In Piedmont's industry just under 28% of companies use artificial intelligence, against about 71% of large companies. The gap is about size, and SMEs are on the wrong side of it.

Piedmont and artificial intelligence, from the data

In Piedmont's industry just under 28% of companies use artificial intelligence tools. This is measured by the Bank of Italy, L’economia del Piemonte, the report on 2025 published in June 2026: the share of industrial companies using «predictive or generative» tools «rose in the region to just under 28 per cent (from 25 in 2024)».

Among large companies the same share is «about 71 per cent». The tool is the same for everyone; what changes is the people and the time to look after it, which a large company has and a small one often doesn't. It is a lag in access, and access can be built.

Turin: a changing supply chain, flat revenues

In the province of Turin the automotive supply chain accounts for 8.1% of value added, with a share «much lower in the other provinces», according to the same report. It is a supply chain that has been transforming for some years, between technological change and the reorganisation of value chains, and it carries along the suppliers that work around it.

For 2026 the Bank of Italy records among Piedmont's companies the expectation of «stagnating revenues in industry and services», after a 2025 that closed with regional output growing by 0.4%. With flat revenues, the margin is defended on the costs nobody measures: the time spent answering, copying data from one document to another, chasing customers. How to count the first one is explained in what replying by hand costs.

What Itria does for a Turin company

It measures first, then builds one piece at a time. The starting point is written in the Terms: «No work is proposed before looking at where the company loses time or revenue today.» The first look comes from the Diagnostico, and it starts from what a customer sees when they search for you.

Then you choose the problem that weighs most, among those SMEs meet every day: the hours spent doing by hand what repeats, the requests lost between channels and languages, the customers who don't come back, the money that arrives late. The list of pieces, problem by problem, is in Services.

Every system works on the tools the company already has, and the principle stays fixed, written in Ethics: «The machine prepares, but a person always decides.» The Dashboard puts everything in one place, with the numbers that count.

Remotely, from Turin

The work is done over video calls and on the company's own tools. The first step is a fifteen-minute call; then we measure, then we write down the scope, with a fixed price agreed beforehand. Everything else happens on the systems the company already uses, without replacing them.

Itria takes on few clients at a time, because each system is built by one person. For a company in Turin the distance is zero, and for one in Bari it is the same: the method does not change with the city.
